1. What is a deposit bonus?

A deposit bonus is extra trading capital added to your account when you make a deposit with groww markets.com. We match a percentage of your deposit, giving you more funds to trade with.

Deposit bonuses at groww markets work as follows: Your first deposit of USD 500 or more qualifies for a 50% Welcome bonus, up to a maximum of USD 500 in bonus funds. Subsequent deposits receive a 20% deposit bonus. The total bonus amount is capped at USD 10,000 per client. Bonuses are credited within one business day of deposit verification.

Deposit bonuses are available for certain account types. New groww markets users should review the terms and conditions below for specific eligibility requirements and any account-based restrictions.

Deposit bonuses themselves cannot be directly withdrawn. To convert bonus funds into withdrawable funds, you must meet specific trading volume requirements as outlined in the terms and conditions below.

This offer is provided by Groww Markets, traded under Groww Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “Groww Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is available from 25th January 2021 and last updated on 1st September 2023.

  3. Groww Markets will offer this to new and existing clients at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact rewards@growwmarkets.com.

  4. New clients must open a new live account with Groww Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with Groww Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Groww Markets’ Terms and Conditions.

  5. You will be automatically opted into this offer if you are eligible after your live trading account is opened. If you would like to change your mind about participating in this offer, you can log in to your Client Portal and change the status under the “Promotion” tab.

  6. To be eligible for this offer, you must make a minimum of $500 (USD equivalent) as your first-time deposit to your trading account.

  7. Eligible clients will receive a credit bonus as per the details below:

    • 50% of your first deposit, up to $500 credit (USD equivalent)
    • 20% of your subsequent deposits

    “Subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit, or the portion that exceeds $1,000 from your first deposit.

  8. You will not be able to claim a 50% credit bonus if your first-time deposit is less than $500 (USD equivalent). You are eligible to receive a credit bonus worth 20% of your deposit from any subsequent deposits you make to your trading account.

  9. The credit amount is capped at a maximum of $10,000 (USD equivalent) per eligible client at any time during this offer.

  10. Your bonus will be credited to your trading account within 1 business day after we verify your deposit.

  11. Groww Markets reserves the right to stop clients from claiming credit bonuses from promotions if the deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.

  12. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates, or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

  13. Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Profits made will be reflected in your account value. Similarly, any losses made will be deducted from your account value. Any profits generated from the utilization of the bonus are available for withdrawal as per our withdrawal procedure.

  14. If you opt to withdraw your original deposit, a partial/full trading credit will be removed from your account accordingly.

  15. You cannot transfer your bonus between your trading accounts.

  16. If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, which could in turn force a stop-out of all open positions on your account.

  17. This program can be retracted at any time at Groww Markets’ discretion, and account eligibility will be subject to our review.

  18. Your credit will be removed at the time this promotional offer ends without further notice.
